I would like to install on a host provider.
Where can I find the walkthrough?

Wagner, try the documentation at http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/documentation/installation

The normal install should work for you.

Alex, I runned the win installer.
Is it possible I upload the ezPublish folder by ftp to my server provider, than run install.php by browser?
