"?" mark in Url?

There is this character ? which is always displayed after index.php examples : http://www.mysite.com/ezpublish/index.php?/fr http://www.mysite.com/ezpublish/index.php?/fr/Choisir-Xaga/Sceptique-Soyez-pragmatique http://www.mysite.com/ezpublish/index.php?/fr/Contactez-nous http://www.mysite.com/ezpublish/index.php?/fr/newsletter/register_subscription/1 http://www.mysite.com/ezpublish/index.php?/xaga_site_admin Before on test and preprod server, things are fine.
