Multi-site host install, install package for every sites ?

How can i make, for every site, all the package available, and not having each time to go to : "Administration -> Package -> Install" ? Is there a good doc on how ezp handle packages and which files it is installing ? Debian/Apache 2/Mysql/Php/Ezp3.7.1 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Martin EZP is Great
