MySQL dbase is wrong, but it isn't

Now I'm trying to install eZ publisher and I'm stuck. I get the message: http://www.davinia.nl/temp/fout2.jpg But phpmyadmin says: http://www.davinia.nl/temp/fout1.jpg What can I do??

Go to the operations/options tab for given database in PHPMyAdmin, there will be an option to change default encoding. Hi,
