The following errors were detected: * EZSW-004Failed inserting data to mysql Table 'ezapprove_items' already exists * EZSW-040Failed to initialize site package 'ezwebin_site' If you think you have fixed the errors you can try and click the "Retry" button.

Could you write some information about your system configuration? - PHP - MySQL - Apache - etc. What says the "system check" at the beginning of the installation? If so, drop the database and recreate it and start fresh. Or, are you possibly accidentally overwriting an install that you don't want to overwrite? Could you write some information about your system configuration?

- etc.
