No translation for file...Debug message

I don't want translations at present but don't know how to turn them off. Ez publish thinks I want to translate a certain file and keeps sticking. Report says:

No translation for file(translation.ts) in context
(lib/template): 
'The maximum nesting level 
of 40 has been reached. 
The execution is stopped to avoid infinite recursion.' 
with comment()

what can I do, please?

Hi,

Look at
http://ez.no/community/forum/install_configuration/3_6_1_translation_ts_problem

You can disable translation, put in to your site.ini.append.php file

[RegionalSettings]
TextTranslation=disabled
