Online Editor disappeared !

Nick Ursa	Tuesday 10 October 2006 10:42:41 pm Has anyone else had this problem ? The online editor has disappeared from the admin side ? I've reinstalled it in extenstions adn I've replaced the admin site design and settings files with copies form a working instllation. javascript is enabled and yet when editing contet, xml blocks don't have any editor at all. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

If yes, remove them, clear the cache and try again. If the content editor is now there again, one of your extensions seems to override the edit template. If that does not help, make sure you have all debug output options enabled. Then compare the output with the one from the working install. Greetings from Luxembourg Claudia

I guess it's only the ones that use the editor, now that I think about it. Did you just upgrade to 3.8.4? As I posted, this happened to us when we went from 3.7.4 to 3.8.4. We didn't have any extensions installed, and I even removed the paypal extension just in case. David

Hi Nick

Did you just upgrade to 3.8.4? As I posted, this happened to us when we went from 3.7.4 to 3.8.4.

We didn't have any extensions installed, and I even removed the paypal extension just in case.
