This is getting awfully annoying. 3.7.0rc1 only works great on my system if I install with default translation. But all other translations fails to load - meaning the system just hangs. Nomatter wether they are main sitelanguage or just adittional. I cannot get any debug output. Has anyone experienced something simular or have tips to get me started looking for what might be wrong?
What I have tried, with "nor-NO" (norwegian) as translation:

01: Renamed the "nor-NO" translation to something else (i.e. "nor-NO_BUP), then the default translation loads automagically and the site works in eng-GB! If I rename it back to "nor-NO" the sites hangs again upon reload. so the hang is directly or indirectly connected to the inclusion of the translation.ts files. 02: Copy other translations.ts files over the "nor-NO/translation.ts" file, result is always a hanging system.
Other observations:

The strange thing is that the HTTPd daemon (apache) hits the roof with CPU load and I have to restart the daemon. The same happens with both apache 1.3x series and 2x series (tried both). I don't know if it has an impact, but I've tried with both MySQL and Postgresql. Both in unicode, standard ASCII and other encodings. Same thing happen. I'v also tried and change the "characterset" parameters in "../settings/i18n.ini".
I cannot get any debug, however much I turn on!
I'm totally lost on where to continue! Please help?
