PostgreSQL 7.3 required for eZ3.1 setup

Setup makes the call: SELECT pg_catalog.setval ( "ezbasket_s", 1, false); But: http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-general/2003-01/msg00849.php describes pg_catalog.setval as a function not available before 7.3
