Problem with update script : upgrade ez 3.5.3 to 3.6.4

Hello everybody,

I did not succeed to execute the update script :
convertxmllinks.php and updaterelatedobjectslinks.php.

I had "Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its requests";

I follows the doc http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_6/installation/upgrading/upgrading_from_3_5_2_to_3_6_0

How can I find the solution and put the error in log file ?
