Related Objects Problems

When defining datatypes, there is one called 'Object Relation', is this meant to be a datatype that stores Related Objects in a similar manner to the Related Objects that appears in the box on the lower right side of the screen when editing a content object?

I have set-up the Object Relation datatype in my classes and it doesn't seem to work. In addition, it seems to interfere with the other Related Objects feature.

I was hoping to be able to set up a few different related objects datatypes in my products class, so related links could be displayed based on certain criteria, like Related Products, Related News, Related Press Releases and so forth.

Also, what is the variable for the related object in the template, for example if the title is:

{attribute_view_gui attribute=$node.object.data_map.title} or {$node.object.data_map.title.content}, what is the variable for a related object?

Any help with this matter is appreciated.

Hi Alexei and Mike,
I have the same problem, when trying to tie two objects together, there appears the be no relation afterwards. Anyway what do you mean be svn versions?
