sdk.ez.no has Kernel(50) errors

I am getting intermittent messages like this. http://sdk.ez.no/sdk/eztemplate/view/function_delimit/ kernel (50) * No database connection could be made, the system might not behave properly. Access denied * You don't have permission to access this area. Thought you should know.
