Start without demo

I was playing with the ezpublish demo for a week, and now I want to build my own site of the begining, but if don't install the demo, the admin site show me Error / kernel(3) and Unavailable, the object is not available. How can I start building a site without the demo? Thanks.

it may be better to keep the demo site as a reference, and add another site to the same ezp installation. see 'documentation/Installation and Configuration' for different ways to do this, especially:

I did it and it worked all right. But I'm trying again, using another database, and I get Error-kernel(3) frequently. What's wrong?
