In the template list I see the same template more then 5 times. For example the template:

/node/view/search.tpl

The google navigation is showing me 21 pages with only standard templates. Is this a normal behaviour?

The 21 pages are fine. ez uses that many standard-templates.
Note, that the first block of templates on the page ("common templates") is always there and always the same.
The Navigator only navigates through the lower block ("all templates")
If /node/view/search.tpl is a "common template" (first block), you will see that on every page.
