I find in demo site (under [ezdesign]/templates/node/view two different files of templates (beside others I don't still understand): full_class_xx.tpl and full_node_xx.tpl.

I know full_class is for define a particular view of objects of a specific class.

What's full_node_xx.tpl for? It's for a particular view of objects of a specific node (regardless class id)?

If so, how can I use it?

If don't, how can I implement a particular view for a specific node (regardless class id) ?

Thanks in advance

That's correct.

Create an object and publish it, then find the node of the placement you want and create a full_node_xx.tpl where xx is the node id.
