We would be very much interested in the speed and performance related issues presented by Derik at the conference, ei. PHP accelerators, PHP debugger X-debug, reverse proxies and how PHP and Apache should be compiled.

In comparison, I'm wondering how obselete is this page about compiling PHP:

http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/obsolete/installation/manual/compiling_php

It would be nice to update this as well:
