I have a site going using the 3.0 just before it was released and now want to jump to 3.1, maybe doing some redesign in the process.
I am currently setting up 3.1 on my home Windows PC, where I will get my site going first, before displacing the site on my Linux host.
I will pull all my data and templates down from my hosted site to get it going.
What is the simplest way to for me to do all this and what do I need to watch out for.
