I was installed EZ 3.0 but in bottom page:::

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /pub/home/xx--myhost--xx/htdocs/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php on line 75

What is this, I can't edit php.ini because I not have administrative zole.

Maybe you should contact Jan Borsodi. See thread
http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/forum/install_configuration/basedir_restriction

He is looking into this. Otherwise, I can only point you to http://ezwiki.blanko.info/index.php/3XB_OpenBasedir, however in your case that will not really help, I am afraid.
