Apache logs + crnjob

I got the explanation how to use the apache logs in eZ to get statistics, but i still don't understand something...

In the cronjob.ini I have to put this:

Scripts[]=updateviewcount.php

Is this enough? Do I have to actitvate something else in the Linux crontab or somewhere else?

How does this mechanism work? Does it use the linux cron, or some internal eZ mechanism?

Yes, you have to add a command to run the runcronjobs.php in your crontab.
