Can't find Article ID

Peter Schroeder	Friday 30 April 2004 1:31:22 pm I am working on the tutorial found under documentation for building a new site. I am right now at the place where you define the start up page. In order to define the initial page of the site the tutorial instructs to find the article id by hover with the mouse over the welcome article in the admin interface and look in the status bar. However, when I hover over the article it gives me something like http://www.mysite.org/index.php/tscm_admin/welcome_to_the_tscm_website instead of the .../content/view/full/44 or what ever number at the end. How do I get the article ID? I tried to put in the site.ini.append file /content/view/full//welcome_to_the_tscm_website but it doesn't work. I am using eZ publish ver. 3.3.4
