Cant get a grip on useraccess

Like right now ppl just get a loginscreen when they go to the page o_O, its supposed to show for everyone. Oh god im such a noob :p

Tho im struggeling to get the basic concepts. Like i.e. i cant get the forums readable for anonymous users, even tho ive tried about everything that has soemthing to do with forums.
