Cart functionalities

Hi,

I would like to re-use the cart functionnalities for a project to store items without price and deliver a view line in it instead of lines with quantities, VAT, etc...

I don't see which direction to use except a radical hack of the cart and I prefer a clean way.

Any hint ?
