Changing Site Name and Latest Box

How do I change the site name? When setting up I didn't know what some of the steps were talking about so I set my site name to Plain to match the siteaccess and now I can't workout how to change it.

Also how do I turn off the "Latest" box on the right side of the pages?

To change the name go to design / look and feel in the admin interface
To change the right box, go to design / tollbar management then select the siteacces (plain?), clic on 'set' and then 'right' You're in.
