Chekbox attribute - Required?

What is the meaning of having checkbox atribute required? Because weather the user clicks the checkbox or not it will always have a value (true or false). -- Nothing is impossible. In future version of eZ publish checking required for checkboxes will force the user to set the checkbox to checked. This is useful for forms where you want users to approve something, e.g "I agree to the above terms"
