Create a separate webpage

I would like a page of "thanks" which permit you to return to the home page thanks to a link. And I wonder how to create this page with ezpublish without have to link it to the home page or any other subpages. I use ezpublish 4.4.0 and I have access to the user and administrator interface. Official eZ Publish extension eZ Survey supports this too. The extension itself is included in eZ Publish distributions and also available here: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezsurvey. There are many ways to do this; here are two ideas:
