Create from the user page

My first question is how I can let some users to create/edit/remove content, for example my forum administrators to create or edit a forum within the user interface. I was sure it is simply done after setting the right roles... I've found this topic: http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/documentation/customization/tips_tricks/editing_creating_and_removing_content_from_the_user_page Can someone tell me where to insert the given code. I think in content/edit.tpl but I'm not sure. ThanX
