Whats the diffrent between base and standard ?
And is news and coporate the same design with differnt colors and some other toolbar settings ??

And is there anny designs that support editing on site ??(not structur, just content)
Does the new intranett design support this ??

Hi,

Design, base and standard are just layout that override each other.
You can set the priority in settings/override/site.ini.php.append

To customize a layout you can change the css or edit the template (in admin panel, through design / template).
Pagelayout.tpl is overall page frame while content is generated by the node/view/full or node/view/line override.
