Freaking out because of Feedback form

Now when I <i>Create Feedback Form</i> I get the that I need to fill out the form. I don't want to fill out my form. My users should do that. Is it enough information there, so that you have an solution? BB

But all I want to do, is make it possible for others to give me feedback. It's annoying that I have to fill out the field in order to make it possible for others to use it. It shouldn't be necessary for the users who wants to give me feedback, to delete the text that already is in the feedback form. BB
