Get Node Name using $module_result?

How can I Get Node Name using $module_result? I know how to do it using $node but I can't use $node with viewcaching on. Actually, isn't $node really worthless?!?!?! Since ezpublish is way too slow with viewcaching disabled!

Not so worthless: use $node only in view templates, not the pagelayouts.
