How do you remove the space around the site and let it fit the edges of the browsers page?

How do you remove the space around the site and let it fit the edges of the browsers page.

I have tried altering the site.css and the paglayout.tpl with no result.

I have been messing around for hours now and nothing seems to change it.

Has anyone else found a way to do this?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats usually a padding and margin issue. Have you tried:

body
{
padding:0;
margin:0;
}

That's right, you should change the width of #allcontent. You can do that in either site.css or site-colors.css.
