How to show only used classes on multiple sites

Here is a short question from a newbie: I work with different sites and different content classes for them - also with individual admin access areas ... is there a chance, to show only the used classes in the individual sites, like Admin Site A -> contentX -> galleryX Admin Site B -> contentY -> newslistY and so on....??? Otherwise, there will be all content classes available, in every site... Thanks for your help... Cheers, Joe ;-)=

You also can use complete different databases for every site.

If you use different databases every site (siteaccess) will have it's own classes, content structure, etc.
