How to use the web toolbar in the template

I believe I have the online editor installed. I am relative new to eZ Publish, and found it is sometimes odd. So how to invoke the web toolbar to enable users with correct permission to edit the content on the front end? Certified eZ Publish 4 developer looking for develop information & collaboration.

Hi,
