How can i remove border="0" ? I have tried in /design/standard/templates/content/datatype/view/ezxmltags, but there is not.

Have you tried to alter design\standard\templates\content\datatype\view\ezimage.tpl ?

Turn on debugging to see which template is used to display your image. If it's an embedded image, you might want to take a look at your embed override.
