Important Information about the file content in ez publish?

For example design/base/templates/menudouble_top.tpl which is the programe related to the menu and submenu arragement. Like this, I need the information regarding all .tpl, .css, .php, and all files. Is there any link or material which can give these type of information regarding these all files? Thanking You.

hello,
