Installing on WIN2000, MySql / Php already installed

So I'm a bit confused what to do now. I installed EZ on another drive, but firing up the shortcuts only gives me a faulty IE page. Also PhpMyAdmin and other php-based sites won't work anymore after installing EZ. Anybody any clues how I can successfully install EZ? Oh, BTW: if I override the php.ini with the original one, at least my other php apps work again...but firing up EZ now shows: "No input file specified"
