Insufficient directory permissions - Windows Server not supported?

I always get "Insufficient directory permissions" at the step of System Check. However, I already set "everyone" full permission for the whole directory ezpublish (and its subdirectories/files). Do you have admin/remote access to the box? You might be able to use an FTP program to change the permission, but it is important that it be done to all the subfolders. Check one of the subfolders to see if it picked up the permissions that you set on the parent folder.
