Missing tpl file from admin !

There is no view for node under collaboration to approve, the dubeg :

There is no object name for version(16) of the content object (54) in language(eng-GB)

None of the templates design:content/version/view/plain.tpl could be found

You must run
./bin/shell/clearcache.sh --clear-tpl-override
to get new templates when doing svn ups.
