Multi-language feature - How to...

Understood the fantastic feature of multi-language of Ez-Publish, and how to have content in diferent languages. How can I setup my site, like this one, ez.no, with the flag icons, doing automatic refresh of the content, and disable the flags when there is no translation for it?
