There is no WYSIWYG editor included with the default GPL distributions of EZpublish.
You can buy the Online Editor here: http://www.ez.no/products/online_editor , or the "boxed edition", http://www.ez.no/products/boxed_edition , which includes the editor.
If you wish the latest news items on the frontpage (if they aren't) you can do this with something similiar to the template code in example 2/3 here:
