OE and classes of the Media tab

If we add subfolder to these folders using the folder class so OE shows us these subfolder. But if we use a personal class it doesn't. What template have I to modify to see my personal classes ? I had a look in extension/ezdhtml/modules/ezdhtml/insertobject.php but I don't understand all and I didn't find what to modify.
