Hi there.

I want to create a site where the users can publish one object wich is a container and several subitems. How can i do this in eZpublish 4 ?

CustomEditHandler?
Workflow?
Any sample codes?

Kristof wrote a contrib a while ago to do that (an event that create the right structure upon the creation of a user).

Haven't tested it on ez 4, let us know if it works.

I believe Xavier's suggesion is a more appropriate one because it relies on the built-in access control features, but that can also be achieved with the extension I have written for limiting the amount of objects that users can create:
