Problem with object locations

I have a strange problem wtih object locations. I'm not sure how it happened, but suddenly, an object appeared on a "ghost" location. The location doesn't have a name, and I cannot remove it. You can look a screeshot of the situation here:

What happened, and how do I fix it?
