Subfolder content doesn't show up

In following the tutorial 'Building and EZP site' how can the content of subfolders show up on the "full_view_news_folder"?

Is there a way of having the name of the folder and article title along with the intro?

How would you control not having the folder name appear when there is no article in subfolder(s)?
