Hi,

I don't understand well how templates work.
Can you help me ?
Does it exist models of templates that can be downloaded ?
How to change the banner at the top of the page ?

Have you read TSCM tutorial?

To change the top content you will have to edit pagelayout.tpl for design/base or if you need simple changes look in to CSS files in /design/base/stylesheets
