title in link is cut off

Hello

I have a problem that is (probably) related to settings concerning language in some way. When I create a link with the Online Editor and write any of the swedish letters å, ä, ö in title, it is cut off.
It doesn´t replace any of the letters, they just disappear. For example, if i write: Bråttom, it will appear in the browser as just: Br

Has anyone experienced this problem besides me?

Correction to previous entry...

It appears as if it is not a language-problem but one concerning the lenght of the word..
Still havent found the answer though..
