User activation by admin - or reissue activation e-mail

I'm thinking it's a spamfilter issue since I never experience it myself and many users did succeed. Is there any way I as administrator can activate an account? Hi,

Yes - you can activate an account.

from admin, go to users > guest users. Go into the profile of the user and click the 'settings' text link next to user. You should see an 'Is enabled' tick box and an update button.
