[UserSettings] - several email addresses supported?

Hello.
Are multiple email address authorised when using these kind of configuration fields

[UserSettings]
AdminEmail=

and how to introduce them: space separator, semi-colon separator, etc.

No, you can use only one e-mail address for AdminEmail setting.
