VeiwCache and new content on multisite setup

Hello, Yesterday we launched a new site that has four sites in it setup, all local news sites. We had performance problems and turned on view caching which greatly improved upon the speed. However, when someone posts a new article to a particular news site it doesn't show up.

I also tried to clear the cache through the web admin side and that didn't work. I finally figured out I can use the command line script to clear the cache and that seems to work (--clear-all).

Is there any way I can get the new article posted to the site when it is published?

Check that you have the correct settings in content.ini for this.
