Where is "How to Build an ezPublish Site" PDF Document?

Where can a 3.5 or 3.6 version be downloaded? I have been out of the ezPublish scene for a while, but need to make a comeback again :-). I know that document was a good tutorial, so would like to see how the new feutures/versions have changed. Thanks!
