How i can change this setting?

If i look my eZ Publish-Site www.wikicity.de/ez so i see this on line 3, but i dont know why. My Language-Setting is German an i have german menues, interfaces ...

Hi Mark,

You can find that specific line in the pagelayout.tpl used by your design. That setting is indeed not dynamic.

where i will find this file?

You will find this file in design/base/templates/pagelayout.tpl or in design/news/templates/pagelayout.tpl depends where you put your design files.
